My son and I stayed for three nights in October, the attentiveness of the staff started with picking us up from the airport (by appointment). The driver was waiting and immediately provided cold water and towels to refresh us. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a great attitude, the staff went out of their way to please and help us.
