The Brening family warmly welcomes you to the beautiful 100 m² holiday home, which was built in 2017 and is located on the edge of the south side of the Palatinate Forest. The apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance, has two bedrooms (for 4 people) and a large living room with an open kitchen and dining area, large bathroom, shower, tub, guest toilet, balcony. A WiFi access, parking for one vehicle, flat-screen TV, stereo, board games and books are available free of charge. If you plan to bring your bikes with you, we will provide you with a lockable parking space. Our resort offers you numerous hiking and biking trails, climbing opportunities, swimming fun and visits to the castle. The prices given refer to 2 people. Surcharge for each additional person € 10.

A great apartment

The apartment was great: spacious, clean and near to amenities. The Brenings were very kind and welcoming- even letting stet for an extra night. the area is beautiful and would highly recommend a visit. There are lots of cycling and walking options right from the door step. There is also a great lido just 5 minutes away.

Gute Unterkunft zum Radeln

Die Wohnung war frisch geputzt, was sich die Vermieterin allerdings direkt bar mit 50 Euro bezahlen lies. Wir wollten extra 2 Schlafzimmer - im kleinen Zimmer gab es ein Schlafsofa, jedoch keine Nachttischlampe oder Nachttisch. Ohne mein Luftbett wäre mir das Schlafsofa zu unbequem gewesen. Für ein Kind vermutlich okay. Im Gäste WC gab es weder Toilettenpapier noch einen Seifenspender. Laut Vermieterin ist das nicht Sache der Vermieter Spülmaschinenmittel vermutlich auch so

Schöne moderne Wohnung

Alles neu und sauber. Riesenwohnzimmer. Erstaunlich nur, dass die Vermieterin einen Teil des Kühlschranks (Gefrierfach) mitbenutzt und das auch völlig in Ordnung findet. Sonst alles perfekt.

Ehepaar aus dem Ahrtal

Eine ganz tolle Ferienwohnung in herrlicher Gegend

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns richtig toll gefallen, ließ sie doch kaum Wünsche offen. Riesige 100 m² Wohnfläche lassen zu keinem Zeitpunkt räumliche Enge aufkommen. Die Ausstattung war komplett, uns hat auf jeden Fall nichts Wichtiges gefehlt. Der persönliche Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist sehr angenehm, sowohl beim Ent- und Beladen als auch beim Aufladen der Fahrräder. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, dabei jedoch zu keinem Zeitpunkt aufdringlich oder omnipräsent. Etwas überrascht waren wir darüber, dass vor Ort nochmal eine separate Gebühr für die Reinigung der Wohnung berechnet wurde. Nicht dass wir das nicht für gerechtfertigt hielten, das Entgelt geht völlig in Ordnung. Es geht nur darum, dass es im Inserat darauf keinen Hinweis gab oder wir ihn trotz intensiven Suchens nicht gefunden haben. Gern haben haben wir es, wenn mit der Buchung alle Kosten benannt wurden und, wenn möglich, auch gleich beglichen werden können. Wichtig wäre noch der Hinweis, dass in der Startansicht der Wohnung die Lage laut Google in der Straße "Im Gerstel" angezeigt wird, was nicht den Tatsachen entspricht. Bei der Suche und Auswahl einer Ferienwohnung kann es hier aufgrund der Lage zu erheblichen Unstimmigkeiten kommen. Aufgrund der letzten beiden Anmerkungen geben wir einen Punktabzug bei "Genauigkeit des Inserats". Aber es war trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung in toller Gegend bei sehr freundlichen Gastgebern.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung warsauber, ordentlich, super Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und auch sehr geräumig. Das einzige was mir fehlte war eine abschließbare Möglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder( diese sind sehr hochpreisig). Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Entschleunigung und Glücksgefühle

Es war großartig, weil es unfassbar viele Möglichkeiten zum Premiumspaziergang, oder Wandern, sei es leichte, mittelschwere und anspruchsvolle Möglichkeiten gibt, die man direkt von der Wohnung aus starten kann. Somit blieb unser Auto stehen. Dahn ist ein beschaulicher Ort mit liebenswerten Begegnungen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
