The room was filthy and unacceptable for any guest to stay there. The guest stayed at a alternative hotel because of the conditions.

Prix raisonnable, mais mauvaise organisation

D'abord les avantages: le prix est raisonnable pour Dakar, l'environ est bon, et les appartements sont grands et beaux. Les inconvénients: j'ai réservé et payé en avance (en ligne) deux appartements, mais quand nous sommes arrivés on n'avais préparé qu'un appartement. Les gars sur le site ne sont pas ni les propriétaires ni les gens qui gèrent les réservations, et quand il y a des problèmes c'est difficile pour eux les resoudre. Après une demi-heure de "discussion" on nous a accordé enfin un deuxième appartement, qui n'était pas bien préparé et était infesté de moustiques. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes, savon, ou papier hygienique (bien qu'on les a apportés quand nous les avons demandés). Après avoir arreglé tout cela, j'ai été surpris quand le propriétaire m'a appeler pour demander le paiement. Je lui ai expliqué que j'avais payé déjà, mais il m'a essayé de convaincre qu'on m'avait pris la carte de crédit seulement comme garanti de paiement et il me fallait payer en espèce. Enfin j'ai pu démontrer qu'on m'avait déjà chargé et on m'a laissé tranquil. Tous ces choses ne sont pas catastrophiques, et il faut dire que les gars sur le site (Paul et Baldé) ont été sensible à nos besoins après que tous les malentendus avaient été résolus, mais je crois que c'est l'indication d'un établissement mal organisé où on ne sera bien servi que si on peut être très assertif et préparé.
