It is a hotel

If you want the Ritz don't stay here. The room was accommodating and it had a US/Europe style toilet bowl - that is a plus, although no door on the bathroom may require some adjustment. The hotel was paid by Expedia. Staff said the room was not paid. I recommend verifying that payment was prior to arriving at the hotel. I look for a comfortable, clean room, I was not disappointed; however, my room was on the 5th floor and it is a walk up. If you want an elevator, this hotel is not a good choice.
