Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Rustic Chateau is a comfy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located in the heart of Plano. Comfortable queen size bed, 1st floor, free parking, big screen TVs, super fast wifi, snack bar with items for purchase, fur babies are also welcome.

Rustic Chateau has everything you need! You will feel right at home! The bedroom features a big screen smart tv and a very comfortable queen size bed! The bathroom has a bath/shower combo with a large rain style shower head. We provide some toiletries including Toilet Tissue, Cotton Swabs, Cotton Balls, Shampoo and Conditioner just to list a few. There is in-unit laundry, full size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, bleach and softener. For those of you traveling for work, enjoy high-speed internet, we have a desk and (printer upon request). You have everything you need to cook a full meal and there’s enough dining space to sit (6) 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. We provide coffee, sugar, Splenda, creamer, all complimentary. There’s a full snack bar including drinks for purchase. In our spacious living area, there’s a full-size couch, with a big screen smart TV. Lastly, the patio features a small table and 2 chairs sitting on faux grass and patio storage for any equipment.

You will have full access to this apartment, no areas are off limits except our storage closet. On-site free parking. Rideshare access.

Rideshare is always available, there is a pedestrian gate next to the office that leads to the unit's front door. Free parking on-site no car maximum. Grocery stores included Trader Joe's and Market Street Near, Movie Theatre and Plenty of Restaurants. Willow Bend Mall is 12 minutes down the road.

No Smoking Inside unit, patio door must be closed if smoking on patio.
There is a $200 fee for smoke smell. No Parties $200 fee

Guests will be provided toiletries for the first 7 days of their stay; all toiletries after 7 days will need to be sole responsibility of the guest.

No Parties! Smoking is ONLY. permitted outside on the patio with door closed. All Guests Over 4 Must Be Added to Reservation. All Pets Must Be Added the the Reservation. Please do not wear shoes on rugs and in bedroom on light carpet. Thank You for your cooperation.
