The hotel was fine but the housekeeping was dreadful. We needed to use a pull out and we were handed sheets and told to make it up ourselves. I asked for a blanket for the pull out bed and housekeeping was not able to provide me with a blanket. I had to go down to the front desk to get one. We left the room between 9-11 every morning and returned late every evening to a room that had not been cleaned. I had to find housekeeping to get fresh towels. Overall very disappointing.

Clean room, great view but sink water pressure was terrible. It took so long to wash hands brush teeth etc. because there was barely any water pressure or water coming out. Shower water pressure was amazing though. Love that you could get to the Starbucks right through the hotel.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was excellent. She was friendly and gave advice on where to eat and shop. The person who cleaned the room left only one set of clean towels on a few occasions. I had wait to shower until it came usually 30 minutes. The valet service was also the an issue. Everytime I got back into my rental car the radio station was changed. Why are you touching the radio. Park the car leave it! What else are you doing with the car?! One guy had bad hygiene and smelled really bad of body odor. In addition, upon departure one of the valet attendants was careless with our luggage and broke the handle of my daughter’s new bag. The hotel was great in giving advice on how to resolve it and informed us that the valet service is outsourced. Next time I’d stay elsewhere despite the good points.

The hotel was nice, but there were a few small things that could’ve used improvement. For example, the toilet seat was broken and barely stayed on during use, the indoor pool was not heated, and the lobby restrooms had not been maintained.

Basic room, the shower had mildew/mold in corners and made a very loud knocking sound when using hot water, good luck with valet - I had to circle around for about 30 mins to even get in line. Once in line, I was barely acknowledged until I gave up and started unloading my luggage. The same thing happened at their bar. I waited for maybe 15 mins to even be acknowledged. The price didn’t match the value. The surrounding area is a major construction zone, very dirty, and littered with homeless on the sidewalks. I was actually followed in broad daylight. I do not recommend.

The room was clean. As in most hotel rooms, there was very low lighting which makes it difficult to put makeup on. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.
