Stayed here while seeing a concert at Globe Life and we loved the hotel. Nice place, friendly staff. Great vibe. We loved it and would stay again. Something to take into consideration is the walls seemed thin unless our neighbor was just really really loud. Also, because the rooms are loft style the bathroom door does not shut all the way. Stays open about 1 inch. We asked the staff about it and they said all rooms were like that.

This was my first time staying at Aloft Dallas Arlington south. It’s so much to make mention towards my amazing stay, but I will highlight what’s most important to me. The location is convenient, lots of shopping as well as food options. The staff is exceptionally amazing, Ms Glinda is very pleasant, she’s very attentive to your needs, she’s very welcoming and her smile can light up any room. She posses a family spirit in and how she welcomes you upon meeting her and checking. All of the staff in which I have come in contact has been also great. Fred is very polite he’s always willing to endure that guests are comfortable and accommodated, Sheldon is very polite, friendly and eager to ensure that you’re comfortable in your room. Last , but definitely not the least is Alyssa, she’s the reason why the minute you gut the front door you are welcomed with an amazing scent. Every time I see her she’s cleaning. Aloft Dallas is the best smelling hotel so far that I’ve been to since being Arlington. Thank you Aloft!

We had a group of 7 stay for 1 night. 3 adults and 4 kids. I received an email regarded the cafe for breakfast to be closed, which was manageable. But I did not receive an email, text or call about the maintenance being performed on the pool. That was one of the main reasons we came to this hotel including the neat/fun games in the lobby. The kids were very disappointed. Due to this last minute inconvenience, we had to spend more money to take the kids away from the hotel for more entertainment. Had I known this prior to check in, I’d booked elsewhere or made arrangements for our evening. There were no discounts offered for the inconvenience. So I will not be returning again simply due to poor service.
