The room was nice and the location was good, but I was woken up past midnight by staff banging on my door. I had requested approximately eight hours earlier, a pillow and blanket. This is already delivered at 7 PM. Due to critical failure and communication between staff, they believed it was a good idea to come, wake me up past midnight for another set of extra pillow and blanket. When I communicated this to management, they deferred the guilt to me in anyway that they could. They offered apologies but nothing else, other than pointing fingers stating that I had requested the pillow and blanket. After explaining to management that while I had requested pillow and blanket, it was already delivered, and I did not request the second set And did not appreciate being woken up out of my bed, being forced to answer the door to staff refusing to leave until I accepted this second round of pills of blankets. Terrible experience for a one night stay prior to having to wake up early for a meeting.
