About this property

Bunk House on Elm in Historic Old Town Area of Arlington, Walk to AT&T Stadium

We are nestled right in the middle of all things exciting in Arlington, TX. Walk to AT&T Stadium, The Ball Park and Texas Live in one direction or head the other to our up and coming downtown area. We have one of the rare historic homes remaining in Arlington and are located in the Old Town Neighborhood. This property is the downstairs unit of the duplex. It was originally built in the early 1900's by the home owner to house the first car purchased in Arlington. We have renovated this space and converted into a beautiful home. The front porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is a queen sized bed in the first bedroom and a full sized bed in the other. We use high quality linens on all beds so you feel spoiled. The kitchen is completely outfitted with a Keriug coffee maker. There is a laundry room for quests to use as needed, I usually greet my guests but we do have easy access key pad for entry. You will be in Unit A

The location of the property was perfect for going to AT&T stadium.
The house was in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We went during New Years so that night was a little noisy obviously but there was a great fireworks show at the stadium so that was cool. This place is great for a small family.

Our Stay on Elm Street
We came to see an Angels game but it was canceled due to a tragedy a passing of one of our pitchers but everything else was great, so close to so many things. We went to tour the Cowboys and Rangers stadium and we did the JFK tour, so many great places to eat locally. The neighborhood we were in was nice and quite, the house was neat clean and comfortable. Lisa also give us good ideas on things to do. If I were to come back to Arlington I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay While in Arlington!
This was the perfect place for the two of us to stay while visiting Arlington and the surrounding areas. The location was great and close to shopping and lots of good places to eat. It was about an hour and a half to Waco where we took in many sites. And it’s only 15 minutes from the ballpark which offers a great stadium tour. We even traveled to Dallas to take in some historical sites including the George W. Bush Presidential Library. Lisa was wonderful and right next door in the event we needed anything. All in all a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely home in a very convenient location.
We enjoyed our stay. Lisa was delightful and very attentive. The home was exactly what we needed and fit our needs perfectly. Upon any return to Arlington we will certainly want to stay at the bunk house again. Clean, spacious, and safe. I especially like having the landlord so near by. Thanks for a great spring break and UTA visit.

A very quaint establishment with lots of character.
The hosts are quite welcoming, the area and neighborhood are within walking distance, however, I would suggest driving or taking Uber if you are not much of a walker. There are attractions for the kids and adults combined.
