We never got out door code to get in or the unit number. We texted 4 hours before arrival asking. It was during their so called work hours. We were going for a funeral and had driven all day we were exhausted. This added stress just did me I . It was horrible. The next day in the afternoon they send the check in instructions. Never answered my text messages or phone da. Like nothing happened.
