The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, the hot tub room which we stayed in was ok, the pool and hot tub was not too good the pool was very cold and the hot tub was also cold, the breakfast was not very good the eggs tasted like there had been kept from the night or 2 before or longer and they we usually not very warm I ended up getting sick from their breakfast think it might have been food poisoning

Outdated rooms with stains on walls. Rooms need a deep clean. Bathroom was gross. Only positive was the spacious room and comfortable bed

Bed Bugs

My trip was terrible. On my first night of checking in, woke up to bed bugs biting me.😡This was the most horrific experience I have ever had in my life. I immediately notified Hotel management to this matter, and personnel came to the room & took pictures of the bed bugs crawling on the beds, and issued another room for our stay. My guest and I had to throw away our clothes we had on to prevent contamination with any other belongings. Hotel management was very apologetic to this experience and only issued a full refund for our stay. No refund was issued for the clothes that had to be thrown away due to the bed bugs.😡

Main entrance was being remodeled. They had people walking through a construction zone to get in. Should be nice once updates are completed but there should have been some other means of entry or just close while remodeling the main entrance
