Easy fast check in. All staff was friendly! Our room was clean, comfortable beds, and the floor was quiet. Only thing was there is updates/renovations happening on our floor but that did not disturb our peace. Overall very pleasant stay and would 100% stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

Overall our visit was nice. We had an accessible room and it was big and spacious. Breakfast was good. TV in our room was not working right. It was stuck in Netflix and could not change it. Maintenance person was gone for the day. I recommend after every guest all TV's should be reset. Also one of the two waffle iron was not operational, so there was a long line. It is very close to fast food and local restaurant by car 5-10 min.

They knew the television was not working yet no pro activeness to get it fixed; I called three times, until i was told "sorry, we cant fix it now, and we are fully booked to change rooms", not sure why the room was rented out in the first place

It was good. The staff were nice and attentive. The hotel is close to I-30, so you will hear a constant drum of traffic.
