My bathroom was dirty, it had dirty towels still in the tub. Ask for clean towels the lady who work nights was rude about it. I got charge for my service animal the supervisor called me and was very disrespectful she was so unprofessional. On another note I talk with the GM and he was able to refund me my money that I was wrongfully charged. But me personally I wouldn’t stay there again!!!

My Toyota had its catalytic converter stolen from the parking lot. Staff at the front desk were incredibly unhelpful. Staff said maybe 3 words total for check in/check out, didn’t explain a thing. The bathtub would not drain, there was hair all over the wall in the bath, bed sheets had multiple stains, and the outlets in between the beds did not work. Not a good part of town, crackheads and homeless people everywhere.
