Great hotel for business trips

The Denizen is sort of a fancy Residence Inn. Pros: Nice rooms and excellent proximity to restaurants and transportation in the McKinney area. Negatives: Its next to a freeway and the noise is significant. They only clean the room every 3 days, and that means no coffee replacements unless you ask for it. No in hotel cafe. Neither good or bad: It has a small kitchen. They do not have an ironing board or iron in the room. They provide a steamer in the room, which sort of works on suits and dresses, but not shirts. Overall a nice place and would stay again.

Karen was amazing. Absolute best service ever and it made my staycation much more enjoyable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable! The location is amazing and convenient to access all the night life!
