**Parking Notice**
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Per building policy, any vehicle that does not meet size or safety requirements will be turned away at check-in.

Vehicles that will be refused include:

1. Cars with breathalyzer devices, non-standard or unstable controls, malfunctioning brakes, or similar safety concerns
2. Oversized models like sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles designed for 10+ passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6 feet 8 inches
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with extra-wide tires, storage compartments, or attachments that make maneuvering difficult
4. Vehicles modified with lift kits, oversized tires, or custom rims
5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking standard automotive controls



**Pet Policy**
Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance to confirm approval and avoid possible booking issues. An additional cleaning fee applies based on the length of your stay:

* \$25 per pet, per night (1–4 nights)
* \$200 per pet (5–29 nights)
* \$300 per pet (30+ nights)
