Other Things to Note:

Parking & Vehicle Policy:

Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage and will be turned away at check-in per building rules. This includes vehicles with breathalyzer or unsafe controls, sprinter or extended vans, vehicles seating 10+ passengers, any over 6’8” in height, dually or service trucks exceeding width limits, lifted vehicles with oversized rims or tires, and motorcycles or trikes without standard car-style controls.



Pets:

Pets are welcome based on size—please notify us in advance to avoid cancellations. Pet cleaning fees are:

• 1–4 nights: $35 per night

• 5–29 nights: $250 per pet

• 30+ nights: $400 per pet



Guest Verification:

To ensure safety and comply with legal requirements, all guests must complete verification before arrival. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, confirm contact details, complete screening, and undergo a background check if required. This information is used solely for verification and not stored for other purposes.



Rental Agreement:

All guests must sign a rental agreement and follow its terms. Check-in instructions will be provided once verification is complete. Required documents must be submitted within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations, or the reservation may be canceled.



Security & Noise:

For your safety, security cameras are installed in common hallways, and a Minut device in the unit monitors noise levels.

Every reservation carries a $55 damage protection charge covering accidental damages up to $150.
