There was no hot water during my stay. We had to let the shower run for about ten minutes before the water got hot then when it did it was getting cold and hot. We were told that they are workin on it. It didn’t get fix until we checked out Sunday. I know things happen but they didn’t even try to accommodate us. We still paid full price for our stay.

We like staying here because the rooms are big and we enjoy the nightly happy hour and expansive breakfast. However, the rooms are feeling run down and not well maintained. In the bathroom, specifically, there are several areas where you can see things have been removed from the wall but proper repairs weren't made. Also, the pool and spa area needs significant repairs, cleaning, etc. This area seems to be very neglected.
