We ran into spring break week weekend im assuming. Lots of children, pool filled, and water all over the floors and also in the elevator. Loud! The inside of the rooms were clean, needs updating, bed was soft, nice tvs in the king suite. Breakfast mediocre. It was ok. We were there to vist the Dallas zoo.

Definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful stay with my family. The hotel staff is very welcoming and everything was clean and ready when we arrived. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool. Husband and I loved our 2 free complimentary drinks at the bar. Room was clean and extra towels and blankets were readily available by staff. The bed was not the most comfortable but slept okay. The breakfast was amazing! They had everything you can think of breakfast wise, even made to order omelets! Its right outside Downtown Dallas but close enough to see the city lights. Had a really great time and definitely recommend! We will be back!

Great Granddaughters Birth

We were in the City to celebrate the birth of my great granddaughter. And without a doubt Embassy Suites by Hilton waa our first chose. Everything was amazing. The staff as well as the breakfast buffet was too of the line. Most definitely will return for future stays.

What i didn't like was that you have to pay parking $20 per day. The gate entrance remained open to come and go freely so i didn't understand paying.

Tired Old Property with Staff that does not care.

Aging rooms in need of some serious cleaning. Rust around mirrors, leaking shower heads, poorly draining bathtub. Toilet seat broken and loose. Leaking fridge, wet carpet. Uncomfortable pull out bed. Outlets are so old nothing stays in them. Poor property, being badly managed by all staff. Truly shameful for over $200 a night. Have stayed at this property three times over the years and this will be the last.
