The main entry and double car garage are located on 1st floor. The living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half bath are on the 2nd floor. Two spacious bedrooms with private baths and walk in closets are on the 3rd floor and a furnished roof top terrace overlooking the city skyline, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views, is on the 4th floor.

The second floor is an open floor plan with a large living room, a gas fireplace, an elevated dining room, and a gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The third floor master suite features a large walk-in closet and spacious master bath with a large bath tub, walk-in oversized double shower, and dual vanities with lots of cabinets.
