The hotel and the area was great! However, the tv and phone did not work at the room! They tried to fix it but did not work! Even though the manager offered to change rooms, a bottle of wine or pay for the room, it was very inconvenient! We took the credit! Appreciated the gesture, but you do not expect to deal with that situation in a hotel like this one!!

I had an amazing stay! This by far is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean, very beautiful and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Curtis G who was a great help to me while checking in.

This is a top-quality hotel within walking distance of all major arts sites, and a good number of fine dining places, in downtown Dallas. The room was comfortable and the restaurant excellent.

Everything was perfect except small incident with rude waitress. Gave me the attitude over breakfast order but I would not spoil good experience with everything else that was perfect. Good people , nice rooms , clean to perfection. Will recommend with high five.
