All of the above. Quick check in. Front desk gentleman was very nice and courteous. Room was clean beds were very comfortable. Had a variety of food at breakfast. Quick and smooth check out. Again everyone was very friendly and polite.

Miss Chelsea at the front desk is amazing. When I approached she was assisting another customer who repeatedly asked for a "universal remote," changing up some of the wording but essentially asking the same question four different ways while I observed. Miss Chelsea was kind, attempted to clarify what the guest needed, and genuinely did her best to assist. Miss Chelsea then transitioned to assisting me with check-in seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism. She was enjoyable to chat with while we went through the steps, provided useful information and actually had me laughing.. 10/10 would recommend

Dawn (breakfast manager) did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay. I’ve had hot breakfasts at several hotels throughout my lifetime, but this one was the best. The eggs were delicious, the gravy was perfect, and Dawn went out of her way to ensure me and my family were comfortable and enjoying our breakfast. Chelsea (front desk), also made us feel welcomed when we arrived and did a wonderful job taking care of us.

Fabulous stay! On check-in, Marc at the front desk was incredibly courteous and efficient. ❤️ The room was PERFECT—clean, comfy and quiet. Bathroom had good lighting, where many hotels don’t really bother. Breakfast had a nice selection of options. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants, plus close to all major freeways in north Dallas. 100% recommend this hotel!
