Our rooms was without heat for a day and power for another day. It was really hard to keep the rooms warm and the hallways were very cold. The elevators need a major overhaul or major maintenance as many people were getting stuck and we got stuck for 22 minutes as the doors were jammed and wouldn't open. The room itself was spacious and clean but rooms were very cold and kids had to sleep on the couch because the bed next to the window was so cold. Staff was great about trying to help but there was nothing that actually got fixed. Would be a nice place if the elevators were fixed and the heat was sufficient for the cold days.

The hotel was nice clean and well located to be able to walk to several things, including the convention center, the main reason for the stay. Valet only parking option was the only bummer, but wasn’t a big deal.

Room was 89 degrees when we arrived and could not control the thermostat. Maintenance arrived and said he would control it from another place because he was leaving, parking was a not easy. Overall was not impressed.
