This property needs a gut-job. Dated linens, stained furniture, carpets, bathroom, and not properly maintained. Room was filled with toxic air freshner odors reminiscent of a urinal. When returning to the front desk to inform staff of our exodus, he informed us the water was to be shut off at noontime the following morning for an unknown length of time. Exodus should not be providing a anything above a 1 * rating. I will be seeking a full refund through Expedia.

Room was very clean. Needs a long mirror to check on your outfit . Well we were with a wedding party and that would have been nice. Gentleman at front desk extremely pleasant, a white guy and can't remember his name.

I selected this hotel because of proximity to the BSW hospital and paid for the room through Hotels.com-$155. I was charged again at check in for $126 and upon informing the receptionist, she cancelled the charge. Room is okay-can use an update, shower water splashes all over, and breakfast not appetizing. I don’t think worth $155 unfortunately.
