One of the cleanest hotels-everywhere. Lobby restrooms clean, smelled good and personals if you needed. Bar very nice bartender so nice. Had a restaurant but I didn’t eat but there were several tables. Will definitely stay here every time I’m coming to Dallas.

Nice place

Convenient location, friendly young man at the desk for our late check-in. Nice underground parking. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool. Only downside is the sliding door to the bathroom stuck and was very difficult to open or close.

Second stay here and both times facility was clean rooms were very nice, well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was you can hear the freeway at times but that is unavoidable.

There was a prevalent sewer smell which permeated the ground floor amenities. Staff said they couldn't figure it out and it is on-going. Also the entrance requires a drive up a two story driveway. And it is anything but attractive. We were disappointed
