There was a prevalent sewer smell which permeated the ground floor amenities. Staff said they couldn't figure it out and it is on-going. Also the entrance requires a drive up a two story driveway. And it is anything but attractive. We were disappointed

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Room was somewhat noisy from above. And TV didn't work when I arrived. They did manage to fix or change out while I was out. How water in the shower was very good.

This hotel needs routine maintenance. The dark shade on the window did not stop until it was almost to the floor. The bathroom sink faucet did not turn off. The water spigot on the tub was falling off. The hot tub is very dirty.
