The lobby was very nice, the room was nicely decorated and laid out. The shower water pressure?? Severely lacking. Also, the shower pan/floor was dingy, though not apparently "dirty". It could stand to have some Zep applied to brighten it. Also, housekeeping could stand to be a little less intrusive. when they open the door and see we are still there, regardless of whether we are dressed. Oh! But the salmon bagel in the Parlour Restaurant? Great! Delicious!

The staff was very nice and helpful, however the facility and accommodations were a bit lacking. There was no frig or microwave in the room, the coffee maker in the room was terrible, and they did not have coffee even in the lobby. The bar and bistro was only open from 4pm to 11pm. One nice thing was check out was at noon instead of 11am

The Hotel Indigo is our "go-to" hotel when we visit family in Frisco Texas. It is conveniently located near the Ford Center, restaurants, and shopping just off the Dallas North Tollway. The hotel is well-maintained, parking is simple, and the area is safe. We WILL be back!

The cleaning staff didn’t always provide toilet paper and tissues when they were low or out. It doesn’t appear that they cleaned the shower appropriately since I saw a spot that was there before and after they supposedly cleaned our room. The hotel is nice and the staff was always pleasant. It is convenient to The Star which has many restaurants and of course Cowboy paraphernalia.
