Our stay at the Hyatt Place by the Galleria was very nice. We stayed Sunday and Monday night. Our room was on the sixth floor. It was clean and quiet which I greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well but the water pressure in the sink and shower was poor. We enjoyed having the seating area and the TV tray was a useful feature. My husband was grateful for the desk so he could do some work. The breakfast buffet had great choices and the coffee was better than expected from a hotel buffet.

Everything was absolutely amazing!!!!! The staff was soo kind! The room was clean :) The only thing was there were a few stains on the bath towels. I still have rated a 5star because this was the most awesome experience! They added to my Dallas experience:) This will be my go to when I come to Dallas. Draw, was also Great! Poor experience

Breakfast was disappointing. The bacon and sausage were off, they didn't taste right. The air conditioning unit in the room was really loud and would wake us up every time it kicked in. Also, the room layout wasn't ideal. The bed and sofa were positioned in a way that made it difficult to watch TV comfortably from either one.
