DO NOT BOOK!!! The room is raggedy / the showers - the couch the lobby area and sitting area is horrible even inside the elevator. The sheets had stains upon arrival. I had to switch my room from the original one because the dooor wouldn't close shut. This is one of the horrible hotels and I've traveled everywhere in country & out

Housekeeping was very attentive. They made our bed everyday. We stayed at this location for at least 10 days. We were also give clean towels everyday. Every since and after Covid most hotels will not make your bed unless requested.

The staff was fine and helpful. However, the mattress(both) were on the lines of a low budget hotel that had not been changed in 20 years. Then I went to the bathroom and saw a roach on the floor. I have stayed at the hotel before, yet it has been at least 5years since my last stay at this location. I was highly dissatisfied and woke up feeling like I could have gotten a better nights rest on the floor or perhaps in my car. The staff only offered 2k in points to accommodate my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, this location will not be a first choice hotel in the future.

This is a new, super-clean hotel and rooms are perfect. Sleeper in the area for quality and polite hospitality. Starbucks is open in the lobby 24 hrs a day.
