The room was a wreck. Couch cushions in the floor, side tables in the middle of the floor. Refrigerator wide open, air filters laying out. Had it not been so late I would have requested a refund. It was horrible

Pick a different hotel.
Could never get hotel to answer phone all day. We called over 10 times. Needed to let them know we would be a super late arrival. Asked front desk and they just kind of laughed. Like they purposefully keep it off the hook. Horrible front desk service. Didn’t tell us about breakfast or where elevators were. Nothing.
