Check in was made difficult. Upon booking I called in advanced to make sure I could get late check in. The lady I spoke with said we could check in at anytime. After driving 6 hours through the night I was turned down at check in. The front desk stated that we didn’t call and I would have to wait an additional hour to check in. Overall extremely inconvenient, if I knew this was going to happen I would of spent my money else where.

Delicious breakfast, everyone very nice. Only cleaning room and putting trash out of room and asking for towels wasn’t good. We were there for four days.’our room was nice. I think they said the hotel had to get extra help for cleaning.

The lobby is under construction, you should warn the customer about this. No elevators, no cafeteria. The people from the hotel called me 1 hour before the check in to tell me that. So bad from you.

The hotel is under construction with no elevator. Room should have been discounted if under construction. My room was on the 5th floor. I had to carry my bag up five flights of stairs. The parking gate access swiper was broken on the ground. the room itself was fine.
