The electricity turned off in the morning before checkout. No working lights, outlets, nor TV. We spoke to the front desk twice and was promised a fix/handy man. No one ever showed up. VERY UNSATISFIED.

The room was gorgeous, the view was amazing. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because when I booked online it did say breakfast included which is the only reason I chose this hotel, however breakfast was an additional fee once I checked the website

The hotel is extremely nice. The open views of the lobby give an eye-opening experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed only one night, but I wish we had time to stay longer. the only con is the downtown view was not that exciting and there's a train just outside the hotel that can be heard throughout the night.

Despite asking for my room to be cleaned for two days, it wasn't cleaned. The hotel's location is very nice, but even though I made a reservation in advance, they charged me extra money, which I don't understand. They didn't even tell me where breakfast would be. I won't be staying there again.
