I looked up pet rules and prices before my stay and cost $25 for small dog. I have a Yotkue. They charged me $50 and would not budge even after showing them their own post from their site. Room was a hot mess 80 degrees and finally moved us to another room. The hotel has 4 elevators and only one worked for all their guest. Beware it takes at least 15 minutes to get an elevator. Need I say mire

Location is phenomenal. Close to many attractions, resteraunts and parks with walking paths. Overall the hotel was in good condition. The bathroom door of our room was scratched up pretty bad. We reported it to 2 different staff members so that we wouldn’t be held liable for it. Neither staff member took note or did anything about it, we were charged the deductible after check out so we will be fighting for that to be refunded.

Room was nice, the problem we had was everyone we left and came back, our key wouldn’t work so we had to go to the desk and wait in line each time. With one elevator being down, it took atleast 15 mins to get in our room when we would leave.
