Even though I may have picked the right hotel in the wrong part of Texas, I wasn’t expecting to be in Irving Texas, but I am very glad I did. That was my first time booking a trip not knowing that there was two airports. The overall experience was great. Five stars room service respected my do not disturb sign. I flew solo just to do a getaway from Chicago. The vending machine wasn’t too far from my room. There were cameras in the hallway that made it feel safe the breakfast every morning was always fresh nicely restocked and on time the room temperature was just right. I was there for four days and I barely wanted to leave my room due comfortability the front desk was very exceptional and helpful. I will come back this time. I will fly into DFW to get shuttle service directly to the hotel but overall I appreciate the hospitality

Spot on mattress that appeared to be a pee spot. The room is dark, not enough lighting. The sink in the suite had missing plumbing. Everyone seemed to have problems with their keys to their room and kept getting locked out.

Check in was fast and agent was friendly and very professional. Hotel was in a good location. Parking lot was full, we couldn’t find a parking spot. However the staff was accommodating and made sure we could park in a safe location. Shuttle driver was nice and on time.

So the front desk did not inform me that pool was out of service. One of the reasons I booked the hotel. The breakfast was slim to nothing packed unorganized and did not have enough food and only had one waffle maker. Asked housekeeper for towels she couldn’t speak English then once I translated on phone she understood and said it was a few… I have an $113 charge on my card they can’t explain where or why.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

One night stay after missing a flight due to delayed flights. Their shuttle is thru a third party and took over an hr to pick us up. Check in was quick, room was clean only issue was the toilet which made a loud sound after flushing.
