I received a call from staff saying that i needed to pay for my room, before I even arrived. I choose "Pay at Property" for a reason. I have never had anyone call me and told me i needed to pay for my room before getting there. I was having car issues and then to receive a notification that my room had been canceled was ridiculous!! I will never stay at at LA Quinta again!

When I arrived at LaQuinta Hutchins, the parking was convenient and close to the front entrance. The staff greeted me with excellent service, and I was in my room within minutes because I used pre-recheck-in before arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. Speaking to other issues encountered during the stay, the breakfast did not meet my expectations compared to other locations. Luckily, McDonald's is within walking distance. I give the stay four and a half stars.

Only problem that really wasn’t a problem was the bathroom floor was retiled but only some pieces and they were different thickness and could have caused a fall or stubbed toe.

Didn't like the fact that the tv couldn't get the game some remotes have numbers some don't mine Didn't so i couldn't dial it up! Put the same remotes in all rooms! Don't buy any more Roku cheap tvs!!!!
