The room had rust in the shower, stains on the bad, and a constant buzzing sound. When I asked to check out and get a refund for my remaining days booked but pay for the night I stayed, I was told I had to speak to the manager Zoheb. I was told on Wednesday that he was off and to call tomorrow, I did so and was told that he wasn’t in that day either and that he would be in on Friday. Friday comes and I’m told that he doesn’t work that day and he just stopped by in the morning to grab something but didn’t work that day and doesn’t work on weekends. I’m very confused as to when he does work then. I emailed Zoheb on Thursday exposing the situation and he responded on Friday asking for pictures. I immediately complied and sent him several pictures of all of my issues and he never responded. I ended having to stay in this hotel due to his lack of support. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

It was a nice clean room and had a nice fragrance smell to it. It's only 2 miles to the hospital and that was the reason that I booked it. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot food and cold food. Great staff. Great place to stay that's close to hospital.

We paid for, through hotels.com, two rooms for two nights. The room my partner and i stayed in smelled like fish. The morning after our first night, my daughter came to me with a bed bug in a napkin that she found in her hotel bed. We immediately packed our items, went to the front desk and requested an early check out due to the contamination. The lady was pleasant and stated that we would need to email the manager proof of the bed bug that we had, and hotels.com for refund. I did email the manager that day and hotels.com two days later. Hotels.com stated that they would try to reach out to the manager for refund and would update me in three days. I was concerned that the manager would not reach out to hotels either as they had not responded to my emails. But my concerns were validated when i found out yesterday that not only could they not reach him, but they would NOT refund me nor only for the entire stay, but also not for the two nights that we didn't even stay there! $500 gone! And Hotels.com offered me key cash. I will never use La Quinta OR Hotels.com again. Your money is not safe here.
