The staff was amazing. I just don’t know if the whole warehouse idea works in this property’s case. The mechanics of the building are extremely noisy. It was like the noisiest dishwasher/washing machine/fan or something humming all night non stop. You could hear it all in the hall way as well. I was too tired to complain but has I known this, would not have stayed here

My room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator. At least one of the two would've been nice. My seafood leftovers went to waste and I had nowhere to keep my beverages cold. I regret spending my money here. Too basic of a room for the cost.

Industrial to a fault

The property is very quiet, which is much appreciated. The public rooms are comfortable. The bar and restaurant are also quite nice with a decent menu and happy hour selections. The rooms themselves are idiosyncratic and the industrial chic design has problems in execution. Bathroom doors weigh a ton and are on rollers. Privacy is limited. No fan in the bathroom. The sink is tiny and nearly unusable. The walls and ceiling are bare concrete, which imparts a cold feeling. The overall impression is a place that is just a bit too hip in design, but it works for a night or two. Excellent bed.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding a safety issue I encountered during my recent stay at Nylo Las Colinas. While I found the room to be clean and satisfactory overall, I was extremely distressed by a malfunction with the bathroom sliding door. The door was off its track and unable to be closed. When I attempted to close it, the door came off the track and nearly fell onto me. The door is heavy, and this situation posed a significant safety hazard. This incident was particularly embarrassing and uncomfortable given that I was staying with a male friend. Although we have been dating for some time, it was still extremely distressing to experience such a near-accident while relieving myself. I expect that safety concerns like this are promptly addressed to prevent any future incidents. I trust you will take this matter seriously and ensure that appropriate repairs are made immediately. Free breakfast should be included. Wall for the tv in the standard room was bare. Recommend a dresser or lights to add warmth and bring more of a welcoming ambiance. Felt like the room was unfinished. Other than that, very clean and well maintained. :)
