Clean towels and complimentary body and face soap. There’s also makeup removing wipes for after a night out. Shampoo and conditioner as well. That’s so thoughtful! I loved every moment of my stay.

Nice area to get away. They offer coffee and utensils for dining in the lobby. Nice tv to watch in the lobby if you’re tired of being in your room. People converse there and lounge. Very nice building.

They cancel my reservation

They cancel my reservation. When we showed up at 8 they said the tried to call me 7 times to confirm. They lied and i only had to miss calls at 702pm. I was at an cheet competition and did not here my phone ring. This is the first time in my entire life to ever be in a city having reservation to have them canceled regardless of the time by the hotel. My reservation wad confirmed when i made it. Usually i have up to 12am to check in everywhere else. He lied and said he tried calling me three or four times and the manager tried calling me three or four time. I have proof he lied.
