This hotel offers service and facilities on par with a Motel 6. Staffing is minimal, the furniture and amenities are old and badly outdated, and the rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke and are dusty. Overall, it is overrated and overpriced — I do not recommend it at all.

The housekeepers were loud! Smoke alarm went off during a meeting twice in one day within about 30 minutes apart, even with the do not disturb Maintenance and housekeeping, still managed to knock loudly for unnecessary request

Room was very clean and neat. Staff was extremely friendly. When I arrived I informed the front desk that my room smelled like smoke. She offered to move me to a different room and apologized for the inconvenience. I chose not to move rooms and my account was notated. I followed up with the morning staff to make sure the note was there and it was. The manager was going to have housekeeping got to the room to freshen it up. But I said it wasn’t that bad and I could handle it. I will be staying here again.
