Overall, it was good. I would go back. It was clean and comfortable. We had a little problem when I checked in. My room wasn’t ready at 6:00 pm, so I left and came back and we still had a little bit of a problem getting me to a room. I was tired and irritable and just wanted to get settled in. My room was very clean and comfortable and the stay was a good one, with breakfast waiting for me and fresh coffee at 6 AM. I would stay there again.

My family has stayed at this hotel twice. It’s got a fun vibe that the kids love. It’s clean with very comfortable beds. I’ll be traveling to Dallas a lot over the next few months and I can count on this hotel to deliver a good experience.

- Overpriced for the experience compared to similar hotels - Dated and gloomy atmosphere with dark paint and low ceilings - Small, minimal room despite being a double - Noisy environment due to poor insulation - Outdated and noisy room AC unit - Disappointing breakfast selection with veey limited options that frequently ran out - Friendly staff and decent cleanliness - Comfortable beds, though not the best quality The hotel definitely fell short of my expectations. I had to make a last-minute booking and only had time to skim through reviews, which seemed decent. Based on that, I chose this hotel over others in the area. However, upon arrival, I quickly felt I had made a mistake. The hotel appears older, with some renovations, but still feels gloomy due to its dark blue paint scheme and low ceilings. My room, despite being a double, was noticeably smaller than comparable rooms I've stayed in recently — for instance, at a Holiday Inn Express. The furniture was minimal and of mediocre quality, with very little space to store belongings. The AC unit was noisy and seemed outdated. The hotel itself doesn’t seem well insulated; I could hear people walking barefoot in the room above, doors opening and closing in the hallways, and conversations from passersby — all of which suggested poor soundproofing. I specifically chose this hotel because it offered breakfast, but that was disappointing as well. The selection consisted only of bagels with cream cheese, some yogurt

Room itself was clean except for a black hair on the toilet seat. Corriidor was pretty dirty. Breakfast was almost nonexistent, bagels and juice, no cereal, milk, eggs or breakfast meat. I will not stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean when we arrived. However, there was no maid service for our entire stay so the trash can was full and the floor dirty. The coffee was hot and plentiful.

We stayed in a room for 4-5 hours with air on 66° (lowest it would go). It would only blow that for about 3 min. It never cooled off. We complained and got a new room. Essentially the same thing, but blew longer than 3 minutes. Stayed anyway.

Hotel missed the mark.

Starting with them not telling you they also charge a $100 deposit AFTER you pay for your room, I also heard several guests in front of me get told that the double queen rooms they reserved were sold out. We needed sheets and blanket for the couch pull out- the poor front desk girl was the only one on staff (doing the best she could), so ended up going down to get them ourselves. The hallways were loud until after midnight, closing doors, loud talking. Continental breakfast was bagels (out of cream cheese) and yogurt- which quickly ran out. OJ ran out, as well as regular coffee. The rooms were clean, but common areas (hallways, elevator, tables and surfaces) were not. The rooms only get cleaned every 3 days during your stay, but my parents’ room was not cleaned despite their 4 night stay. Unsure how they received so many stars. There were a lot of disappointments.
