Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good and that's the best thing I can say about this stay. I called on check in day at 10:45 am to see if we could get a 2 hour early check in and how much it would be extra. The woman on the phone told me no charge but it would depend on availability and to call back after noon. I called back at 1:15 pm and a young gentleman named Jonathan said yes a room would be ready at 2pm. We get there and people were checking in right and left then i get up to the counter and a female employee jumps in and says nope check in is at 3pm. I told her I was told our room would be ready at 2 and it was 2. She said well he shouldn't have told you that, sorry. Which okay he made a mistake but they continued to check other people in but would not check us in. Then finally they told us at 2:30 that we could check in. We get up to the hall our room is on and ice machine is broken. Go into our room and there is not one working light in the sleeping area. There were lights on nightstand and on the bed itself but none of them worked. They gave us 3 towels even though we were a party of five. This is the most unprofessional and worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. I will not be back.
