The two women at the desk when we arrived Thursday were absolutely fantastic. I know that Fatima was one, I can’t remember the other girls name. But they were great the entire stay, and we really appreciated it.

It was ok. The downtown are in general is good, but the area where this hotel is located wasn’t the best. Avoid the 7-11 near this hotel. The room does NOT have a safe. We had a maintenance issue and it took quite a long time to be fixed. The coffee maker was broken. Breakfast was normal and had limited selections. The room wasn’t dirty, but it was clearly old, needed a deep clean, and a good vacuum. The spare blanket smelled weird and the couch was just a little stained. The microwave was dirty.
