Hairs all over the blankets , no carts 0 star will never come here again , they lie to u about everything spend 30 or 40 bucks more , then some with quality , broken bed make my back hurt ; breakfast , is joke , nothing to eat , never again at this place , I have video of all hairs on towels and blanket

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible. Roaches everywhere and dirty bed sheets. When brought up about any issues there was no accommodation or accountability. Finally when we let them know about the roaches they changed our room but they were not apologetic and took forever for check in and out. Also when asked to speak to the manager they are “never” there till 3am-6am. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

I stayed here for a work trip and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The check-in process relied on a virtual kiosk, which ended up taking longer than waiting for a staff member. I was also asked to sign a document agreeing to a $25 damage fee and was informed of a pending authorization on my card, but the front desk could not provide any record of that charge when I asked. After finishing the kiosk check-in, my room key did not work and I had to return to the desk to have it reprogrammed. The same issue happened again the next day, which was frustrating after a long day of work. Cleanliness did not meet expectations. The business center area felt cluttered and not well maintained. Upon arrival, there were numerous mattresses stacked outside the building, which did not leave a great first impression. The overall condition of the property could benefit from much better upkeep. The complimentary breakfast was very limited: basic toast, packets of oatmeal and cereal, Yoplait yogurt, oranges, and coffee/tea. It was enough to technically qualify as breakfast, but lacked quality and variety. I was hoping for something more substantial, especially for guests traveling for work. Although the shuttle was punctual, the vehicle was not clean and the ride felt rough. I tried to avoid touching surfaces inside the shuttle because of how unclean it appeared. The location was convenient for my travel needs, but the cleanliness was horrid and staff was lazy.

The room itself isn't as big as the pics suggest, however it was sufficient for what we needed (cancelled DFW flight and a cheap enough room). The front desk was very cordial and helpful. Overall it's an older property with some updates to make you not look as close to the dated things around (random DirectTV box hanging on top of the tv, random missing tiles, etc). The biggest issue was the airport shuttle, while it was on time, the smell of gasoline on our clothes was so bad the front desk guy noticed it right away - I'm shocked that van passed inspections being that bad, and the guy driving (the evening/10p shuttle) was talking with an accent that no one in the whole van understood, then he got a little moody when we all had to keep asking him what he was saying.

Check in was through a machine so it took awhile but other than that it was a good stay. The room was clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately we left before the breakfast was served so we did not get a chance to try it.

Employee repeatedly hung up on me intentionally and then muttered on one occasion, "muther fer" Unprofessional behavior. No courtesy call despite the fact that i requested one, so i ended up missing my shuttle.
