The staff was great. The only issue is that there is no parking. You need to find parking elsewhere or pay $45 daily for valet. I guess this is because you're downtown Dallas. Otherwise, was very pleased.

This property is in a great location, with it taking only a few minutes to walk to the convention center and restaurants in the city. The rooms are very spacious and would be great for a family.
