Great, clean, modern hotel and nice rooms. Little bit noisy due to the streets and highway next to it, but they provide ear plugs and white noise machines, so no problem with that.

Clean. Good for a night. Freeway facing room on 8th floor had terrible road noise (obviously). Breakfast was mid. Front desk lady was nice and welcoming. Daughter had a voucher for thos property and called for two days during the week to speak to someone named Erin who handles this type transaction and never got a call back, so I ended up booking and paying for it on my own. Sadly, she held long wait times on the phone as well. So I'd say customer service in that aspect is lacking. Overall, it was just fine.

Rooftop bar is great place to spend time, good view of downtown. Parking is extra but not crazy expensive. Breakfast could have had better selection, like other Tru by Hilton. Otherwise very good Tru location and will likely rebook next time im in the DFW area for work

Clean room, clean hotel, great staff. The only issue we had is the parking situation. The lot is overrun with the valet parking for the rooftop bar. The hotel customers have no place to park. If they charge hotel customers $15 a night to pay for parking then it should be guaranteed to find parking for the customers. For this reason I will not be staying at this hotel again.
