Not so good. Upon entering room after check in we found women’s underwear sitting on the window sill in plain view. The front desk attendants seemed indifferent and ambivalent. We were moved to a new room but were never comfortable after our initial impression. First time staying at Tru. Don’t think I will gain.

Both of the elevators smelt like rubber and did not work very well. Very shaky made a whole lot of noise. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The first room we got smell like cigarette smoke Then when they put us in another room, they downgraded me to a smaller room and still charged me for the bigger room
