Need to pick it up

Why is it the pool is always closed? We complained about our shower leaking and nothing was done about it. We had to put down many towels. The young man at the desk couldn't have been more unfriendly. He needs to be talked to. The sign literally says that y'all are supposed to smile and make it the best stay possible. Well, it wasn't. We were there for three nights too. Tru is too bare bones!

For a hilton felt a little run down and cheesy. The squeeze bottles in the bathroom are probably proving the point. But overall decent stay for the price.
