The apartment is over 100m2 and has 3 beautiful and spacious double bedrooms, a superb fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, plancha grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, bottle warmer... We have tried to think of everything!
There is a tree-lined terrace with a dining table and plancha grill, a relaxation area, and a parasol.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Baby beds (2 beds), high chair, and bottle warmer are available.
You can spend your evenings cooking on the plancha grill on the tree-lined, south-facing terrace (50m²). There are no other rentals, so you will have the place to yourselves. The ground floor is unoccupied. A parking space is reserved for you. Electric charging station nearby.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnug
Die Ferienwohnung ist neu renoviert, modern einvgerichtet und bot alles, was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles sehr sauber. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
Nette, unkomplzierte Vermieter. Uns hat die Wohnung und der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

La bretagne ça vous gagne !
Un séjour à Kervoyal, petit quartier de Damgan dans un appartement entièrement rénové, super bien équipé. La très grande terrasse avec sa plancha électrique est un réel atout. La petite plage est à 500 m à pied, le centre de Damgan à 2kms.Le propriétaire est très réactif tout en restant discret. Un séjour au cœur du Morbihan . Tout est fait pour passer de superbes vacances !
