Cocoonr agency offers this magnificent 160 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. The 3-bedroom house has been tastefully renovated, furnished and decorated, and boasts a stunning sea view. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation consists of :
- An 80 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hob...
Upstairs: three bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms: one en suite to one bedroom and one separate for the other two. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival
- Two separate toilets
- A beautiful 40 m² garden with terrace and furniture to enjoy sunny days

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, table and iron.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und genau so, wie beschrieben.Es gibt ausreichend Platz und der Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt, so dass auch der Hund frei laufen kann.1 min zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Strand (steinig) und zum großen Strand läuft man auch nur 6 min.Check In und Check Out liefen völlig reibungslos. es gibt einen Schlüsselsafe, der gut zu finden ist.

Magnifique maison

Très au calme tout en ayant tout à proximité, environnement superbe entre mer et rivière, très joli jardin fleuri, magnifique pièce à vivre qui reste fraîche même s’il fait très chaud dehors. Parfait pour 6 personnes avec de belles chambres et 2 salles de bain et 3 WC, top ! La plage accessible à pied (5 - 10 minutes) est très agréable et pas trop fréquentée contrairement à celle de Damgan. L’accueil de l’agence était chaleureux et efficace. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés
