Green Hotels in Dampier Peninsula

On arrival we were given a room that had not be serviced. New room was clean and A/C worked well. However there was no teatowel and the bed frame was broken. On wanting to leave early the next morning, the electronic key would not open exit gate and I had to find my way out through a staff service gate and get my vehicle out via the entrance gate. This would work with the electronic pass key.

Room was disgusting, had cockroach and mouse droppings in the corners of the room. The door frame was falling apart and on the second day when we opened the door, a piece of the door frame fell down on us. The walls beside the bed were covered in fingerprints and dirt/muck from previous people who had slept in the bed and rubbed up against the wall. The first room we were in had a queen bed and a single, a room designed to accommodate 3 people, however we only had one towel, one coffee cup and one spoon. After the door frame fell apart onto us, we asked to change rooms, we were given a twin room with two single beds, the beds were covered in hairs, and in our second room we only had ONE BLANKET. I’m not sure who the housekeeping team are here, but they really need to use some common sense so that a room made up to fit 3 people don’t have to share one coffee cup and one towel!!!

Our tent was not so clean. Mould in showers. Location was amazing
