Filthiest hotel I’ve seen in a while. Entire hotel smelled. Bed linens were stained brown. Door had broken lock on it. Shameful - photos were misleading.

Won’t be Staying Here Again

I had booked my stay which stated that check out the following day was at 11am like normal. When my family and i arrived, we were told that checkout was 10am due to change in owners and management apparently, like what??? Next, our room that we booked was a double room with 2 queen sized beds, which turned out to be one room with 2 queen beds. The rooms were very unwelcoming with bare white walls with no nice art or anything. Half the lights were burnt out so it was partially dark. The people who stayed across from us had a little dog that kept barking the whole night that we had to sleep with the tv on a semi loud volume. In the morning my husband, two small kids and I went downstairs to make some waffles. We were actually enjoying them in the dining area, until an argument broke out between a low class couple that escalated to verbal abuse and fowl language and threats which frightened my two young children. The quality of this place has really gone down since I stayed here about a year ago. We will not be booking here again.

I was traveling far and needed to rest and the hotel had an affordable deal but the area (both hotel and surrounding property/town) was slightly intimidating in terms of cleanliness, functionality and safety.

The room was quiet I was on the first floor so the elevator wasn't an issue for me but there is an elevator out they still have one working my only complaint was the breakfast there was cereal plain white bread orange juice and apple juice milk was in a gallon jug that everybody use I don't know if I feel safe with that or not

The hotel was in awful shape. Hair on the sheets. Stains on the bedding. Toilet was filthy. Front desk originally checked us in to a room that had people already in it.

From the time we got to our room the noises didn't stop i got maby an hour of sleep and that was after i took some melatonin and ear plugs . Wouldn't stay there again

One elevator out of service since August per sign on the elevator. Breakfast only adequate. Milk was a communal gallon in tge fridge. Nope, not using milk everyone else can use. Ceiling vent 8n barhroom did not have a cover and was just a hole and LOUD. Cant add the photo of it
