Sleep out not inn

We had a few problems with the stay. When we walked in to the room, there was a stained chair blocking the walkway. It had to be moved just to get in with a walker. The two double beds were terribly uncomfortable. The toilet seat was broken and moved from side to side. Flushing had to be repeated.The small shower floor looked so dirty I couldn't use it.

Very good except for the toilet door

The breakfast was excellent. We appreciated having the Weather Channel on because we had outdoor plans every day. The only complaint we have is the sliding pocket door to the very small toilet and shower area. It offers no privacy at all and essentially no sound damping. Everything else was wonderful.

The room had a musty, damp smell. The carpet was dirty and there were what looked like blood stains on the floor. The area around was 'ok' maybe, but we didn't feel particularly safe or clean there, especially having my family with me.

Lady at check in was less than friendly. Breakfast apparently ends at 9 not 10 like the internet said. Don’t forget to put the do not disturb sign on your door if you leave the room. We came back up after attempting to eat breakfast to the cleaning lady in our room. And the shower had clearly not been cleaned whipped down. The foil tops on the shampoo and conditioner were stuck to the wall
