Overall fantastic hotel. The building is older, but the room decor was modern and clean with a high ceiling. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that we could hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above us, and we had a few small ants in the bathroom and the kitchen.

Housekeeper didn’t speak English without using translation app. I didn’t understand why she wouldn’t accept a tip for her work- said it was for the person who did the final cleaning when people check out. She should have accepted the tip. Btw, found some ants on the counter.

The rooms were great! plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable, the check-in process was simple, and everyone was very easy to talk to and answered all of questions about local places to see and visit. Even Patricia the cleaning women the gentleman who was cleaning the floors were very helpful! take a walk around this historic hotel, because it has plenty too offer, roof top deck and courtyard setup was very cool! We definitely will be back!
